Which Face Skin Oils Are the Best?

In face skin care, vegetable oils are very common. They abound in valuable ingredients, deliver great results rapidly, pose no problems during the application. If you don’t know which one is best for you, test a few of them. Learn their properties and choose your favorite face skin oil.

Argan oil

It is the most popular and frequently used cosmetic. It is recommended for dry, aging and oily skin (be careful, it clogs the pores in some cases). It has an anti-aging and protecting effect – it shields skin from external elements, UV radiation, weather conditions and the action of free radicals.

Evening primrose oil

It is a brilliant product for oily, dry, allergy-prone and sensitive skin. Evening primrose oil replenishes lipids, moisturises and holds back inflammation. It is rich in vitamin E which protects from the occurrence of wrinkles and dehydration. The product is also recommended for atopic skin and psoriasis and dandruff sufferers. It keeps hair from falling out and prevents nail breakage.

Raspberry seed oil

It has an antioxidant and anti-aging effect. Raspberry seed oil is a natural sunblock. It is the source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Its consistency is light so it is easily absorbed in skin.

Tamanu oil

It is cut out for treating pimples and inflammation (used topically). It has an anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antifungal effect. Tamanu oil repairs skin, smoothes out scars and reduces stretch marks. However, it has a characteristic scent so it doesn’t make a good choice for the whole body application.

Coconut oil

As popular as argan oil. It has lots and lots of uses, ranging from cooking to beauty care. Coconut oil has antibacterial and anti-viral properties. It is suitable for all skin types yet it may clog acne-prone skin. On the other hand, it is just right for dry, callused skin on the feet. It smells very nice and that’s why it is common in relaxation massages.

Rose oil

It is designed for aging skin, enhancing its tone, adding shine and freshness. Rose oil is a source of vitamin A and essential fatty acids and thus it smoothes out wrinkles and lines around the eyes.
